Located on 20 acres, the Kaya Waa house is in a natural setting. Between the house and the beach there are coconut palms on the lawn and closer to the house there are hibiscus bushes, frangipani trees and a large collection of other tropical flora. A full-time gardener works on the grounds keeping paths clear and plants trimmed.
